Disagree. We have seen what teams like Belarus and Switzerland can do at the Olympics; even the Italians put up a decent fight. The players on those teams for the most part play professional hockey somewhere and the ratings are fair IMO.
I agree that the scoring should be less 'systematic' but it was improved in '06.
