Well, that's not what I was saying at all.
To clarify:
People are turned away from clubs for many reasons. Not every reason is based on skin colour (even if a member of a minority is the one being turned away), but racism is absolutely a reason why people of a minority get turned away.
I'm simply saying not every individual of a minority is denied entry because of racism. I would never deny it happening, nor do I think anyone else here is. I think we all know that minorities can get denied entry to clubs in Calgary because of racist bouncers or club owners.
The problem with the way you're taking it is you're using everyone's statement as blanket statements. Instead of reading "Sometimes a club with deny someone for a reason other than race" you're reading "Whenever clubs deny someone it's not because of race," which isn't what anyone is saying.
There are racist clubs downtown, we good?
