I know that the Lt. Gov. has the discretion to decide whether any party can gain and hold the confidence of the house. There really isn't any group that would make natural allies enough to form a stable majority coalition that I can see. Unless maybe the MLA's leaving the PC's promised to back the Wildrose but I can't see that happening. Being 2 years out from the last election I'd bet money that we'd go to a snap election.
