Did Molina have two doubles in last nights game. If so thats unreal. He is the slowest man in baseball and the fact that the Sox failed to hold him to a single on two occasions is hillarious.
But the guys that J.P. added who have played have been pretty good, Overbay, Glaus, Molina, Ryan have all been good additions. IIRC last year the first Jay to reach 10 homeruns was Hillenbrand and that wasn't until the series just before the Allstar break. This year Wells, Rios, and Glaus have already hit 10 by the end of May and Overbay sits at 8 and should reach 10 easily by the break, and Hillenbrand could too. Than factor in that Zaun and Molina have given 9 from the catcher DH position and this team is miles ahead of last years team from a power standpoint. Which I think that lack of power hurt them last year as they could get lots of hits, but no knockout blow to blow innings open. How many times would the string together 5 hits in an inning last year only to score two runs. Next inning the other team would step up and get three with one swing of the bat.
