Interlakes is the one you're thinking of, I think. Half the campsites are right on the lake, it's absolutely gorgeous there, and to boot, you're camping pretty much right at the base of Mt. Indefatiguable, my favourite mountain to climb.
I've been to a number of campgrounds throughout Alberta, and I don't think any of them are as nice as Interlakes. There aren't a lot of sites though, so you might have a hard time getting a spot there, especially on a long weekend.
