The Belgian Chimay blue, white and red series is a favourite of mine. Nothing beats beer brewed by monks. There's a British style pub around the corner from my office here in Tokyo that serves Hobgoblin beers from the Uk - my current favorite is a porter called Black Wytch.
That said, I would kill to enjoy a trad (or McNally's Extra) here in Tokyo.
