I am on the board of directors for the Calgary Sledge Hockey Association

I have played a few times. Its fairly difficult when you first get started but is easily the best workout you can get for your core and upper body.

Most people pick up the basics the first time they are out, and then its about building your balance and learning to turn and stop.
