I actually feel for Alison. When it rains it pours.

"The so-called executive protection vehicle fleet, which consists of six 2012 Buick Enclaves, two 2012 Chevrolet Suburbans, a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2008 Pontiac Torrent, primarily serves the premier, though the cars can also be used by other dignitaries on occasion.

This compares to the fleet of five modest Ford Tauruses that her predecessor, Ed Stelmach, had at his beck and call. And as a comparison, a spokesman for Christy Clark says the B.C. premier travels in an RCMP-provided minivan when she’s on official business.

Redford’s sense of entitlement isn’t limited to transportation, of course. When the budget was crafted, Redford ensured she had a nine per cent increase in her office’s spending — this as the government borrows $6.1 billion this fiscal year alone for essentials such as roads, hospitals and schools. Some of the debt won’t be paid off for another three decades, when Redford is 79."
