Default Soundproofing an interior room in my house...

I've gotten great advice on this forum before, so I'm going to try again...

I'm in the middle of a complete renovation of my house and I've got 2 more rooms to complete and then, voila, my house is done... However, I've got the 2 most expensive rooms left, my kitchen and my mainfloor bathroom. I've got pretty much the kitchen all drywalled and mudded so I decided to start on my bathroom a couple of months ago. So I've got all the plumbing in place but then I thought it'd be a good idea to soundproof the walls since my bathroom is right next to the livingroom/diningroom - don't want any unwanted noises disturbing the peace in the adjacent rooms (My bathroom fan is hooked up to my bathroom light so I've got the noise of the fan also drowning out the 'music' as well - I tried to find the loudest fan that I could)

Anyways, I was just wondering if anybody knew of good products to use to soundproof a room...
