It's a crowd sourcing website where you can look through DigitalGlobe satellite images of the area and loom for wreckage, oil spills, etc.

I've been on it on and off quite a bit today and found two different spots, one of them being this and marked it on their site. I have no idea what it is, but looked like it could be oil to me.

Needle in a haystack, but it's fun.
