Expectation for me is laid out on the ice. My expectation is very much alike Hartley's. If the effort is there I am happy.

The reality right now meets those expectations, therefore I am happy. Over all the season has given me huge ups and very little downs. Beating CHI at the United Center, the Canucks Brewhaha, beating other teams on their ice which hadn't been done in ages (regretfully, Anaheim STILL is a den of curses).

Cannot ask for much more.

Organizational expectation? Let the scouting staff do their thing, since they've been given the green light to nab the kids they want they've done very well for themselves (2011-2013). I hope they get to keep it going.
