Deerfoot is typically very congested, and almost always has left lane strugglers on it (many of whom have posted in this thread that they are in fact left lane ######s who won't move over).

Maybe. My experiences on Deerfoot are mainly during rush hour, and there are really no opportunities to even get up to 80kph let alone 100kph.
