winning culture > draft picks

look at our roster tonight, do we really need more youth? I'd rather they focus on progressing together as a team than picking up a higher draft pick. Pittsburgh has the best player and they probably won't win the cup.

Don't care about draft spot. We have top 5 mentality in the league right now, few teams put forward the effort we do every game. That's more valuable than drafting a few spots higher. The pride in not getting disheartened and always working hard makes it an easy team to cheer for.
