Austrian government saying that Austrian passenger listed on the manifest was not on board, and had their passport stolen 2 years ago. Italian government also stating the Italian listed on the manifest was not on board, trying to confirm if their passport was also stolen in the past. Could be nothing, but could also be a bad sign?
