I took a short break off from work recently, and noticed that when I drove, and stopped at lights, my car would throttle. If I moved the gear in Park, it stopped completely, but once I started to drive, it would throttle again. It's really annoying, and I did not have time to take it into a mechanic.

Could this be something minor, or expensive to fix? I hope to get it looked at sometime when I return from camp.
