I thought the margin of error on the radar equipment was about 10%. So I would say if you're doing 10km/h over in a 50 zone, yeah, fair game. But 120km/h on a 110km/h highway, you would not be likely to get a ticket.

Maybe the equipment is getting better but I highly doubt it's good enough to give out tickets for doing 1km/h over the limit (as stated in that quoted text from the article).
