I think ideally the isles would give the sabres this years pick, the sabres get 1 and 2 in this years pick and trade one of them to the Flames so we can pick Ekblad. The isles keep next years pick and end up in 9th. Flames finish 30th next year and get McDavid.

I can dream can't I?
