While I realize you are being sarcastic, you cannot deny that the bloated civil service in the province is leading to a great deal of inefficient spending. Per capita provincial spending in Alberta is the highest of any province other than basket-case Newfoundland, and even when you deduct capital spending (on much needed infrastructure) it's still too high given the lower levels of service we receive in comparison to other provinces.
Unfortunately I have little confidence in any government to effectively streamline government operations, but I think it's become apparent that financial management is not Ms. Redford's strong suit.
