I don't know because I'm not a politician and I don't know how much a new school could cost.
All I know is seeing how Redford managing expenses and fudge budget numbers, I wouldn't trust her to manage my lunch money let alone a $40B AB budget.
Case in point, Redford must know that a 1st class plane ticket from SA to Calgary costs big bucks. Giving there's an almost free alternative of hitchking with Harper, she still chose to fly first class. Either she's ignorant of the costs or she didn't care about frivolous spending.
It's small dollars comparing to the $40B budget but if she can't manage small dollars, she can't manage $40B as well.
