I've been going strong for about 2 months now, 4 times a week. I do Energy & Red Hot Core twice a week and Fat Burner the other 2 times. I surf in the morning and do the - DP Yoga after work.. Next week I am going to add Below the Belt into the workout in place of one of the Energy workouts. I am doing this mainly for flexibility and in the 2 months I have made great gains - can really tell the difference when surfing.
