As said in the other thread. It is going to be status quo. Expect store within a store that offers no real change in convenience to most malls or shopping centers.

It's all smoke and mirrors. Saying one thing and doing another. "You can sell alcohol... but you need a license... and we're not giving you anymore of those... so find someone to sell. Oh no one wants to sell? Ask them to move into your store! Oh... everyone is making ridiculous requests like no rent? Too bad!"
