For me personally I would go a bit further and consider flipping Colborne for a pick or young player in the off-season. I don't think he fits here long-term and isn't going to be a guy that helps this team get over the hump and become a contender.
D Jones I would like to see bought out. I know, salary floor. I hope the new GM can weave some creative magic and pick up a good player on a salary dump like Tallon did with Brian Campbell.

I agree that he may not fit long term. However, he is still developing and progressing, and we don't have better options at the moment, so I would prefer to keep him for a while.
His value should continue to rise.
