Like I said, some GMs are able to get value in a trade under tough circumstances. Feaster wasn't, even while playing Boston and Pittsburgh off one another.

What do you think that has more to do with? Yzerman's dominant negotiating skills or the fact that St. Louis is a better player now than Iginla was then, that he is a much more attractive asset with another year left on his deal, and that this upcoming draft is considerably weaker than last year's?
