errr....yes? It's totally fine, it's been my main couch for a few years. The burn mark is not really that noticeable, you can see it in the zoomed out picture. The cover is entirely washable as well.
I am obviously playing up how bad it is, but I just don't want to pretend it's in pristine condition and have someone come and look at it and be disappointed.
If 50 is too high, feel free to make an offer if you need a basement couch!
