On his portfolio page scroll down and look at the individual stocks in both the Canadian and US$ accounts. Look at the "total value" of each one...$411K $CDN and $419K $USD. There is 1 share of Berkshire Hathaway for $175K in the USD.
Can click on trade history as well.
Although maybe you can buy on margin (what Mcree said)...I'm not sure. Just surprised me. I don't care about the total dollar value, just the rate of return.
