If you extrapolate those numbers out over 82 games, Cammy has averaged 25 goals and 51 points, while Raymond averaged 18 goals and 39 points. There is a significant difference between a player who consistently averages 25 goals over 82 games and a player who averages 18 goals over 82 games. 25 goals is good top 6 production. 18 goals coming from a weak, finesse forward simply isn't desirable.
Raymond is better defensively, but Cammy's plus minus is clearly affected by the fact he plays for one of the worst teams in the league.
