3 bdrm townhouse, ~1200sqft plus a developed basement.

Utilities (elec/gas) are in the $80-$160 per month range. I set aside in the neighbourhood of $115 per month to cover it year round.

Insurance is around $300 per year (I work from home so that bumps it up a bit).

Property tax is $170 / mo.

Condo fees are around $420 / mo, which includes water, cable TV, exterior maintenance (new fences, new roofs in the past 6 years), snow removal, electricity for plugging in the cars in the parking lot, etc.

And then there's our interior maintenance costs - for example, in the past 6 years, we've had to replace our furnace, HW heater, dishwasher. Not including the cost of renovations, the maintenance has been probably about $10k over that time, most from the furnace and HW heater replacements.
