I've been eating garlic everyday for a couple of months now. I buy it at Sobeys in an oil, It's right beside the yummy feta stuffed red peppers in oil.

It's hard to say if I benefit health wise from it as I'm pretty healthy for the most part and rarely get the flu or a cold. One thing I noticed though, that I think I can contribute to the garlic is it sure makes you regular.

Here' some things I eat pretty much every day. The super food aspects of any of these is debatable.

Blueberries
bran
flax
yogurt
garlic
orange, apple
carrots, celery
mushrooms
dark chocolate
olives(that's not every day, more like a couple of times a week)
multi vitamin
vitamin C
omega 3.

coffee.
