Well, even though I think the whole 'superfood' phenomenon is mostly a marketing thing, there's no reason we can't discuss healthy foods, or what we've heard are healthy (and then discuss). Especially if it's like Troutman said, and showcases good foods that are common, and not exotic.
On that note, I'd like to say they tomatoes are supposedly very good for you. While long thought as kinda a nothing food, it's been shown they have high levels of vitamin C and antioxidants among other benefits.
