I agree I can park in front of someones house, but it seems better in my mind to park alongside a green space or something. I don't mind walking a longer ways.

This happens in the summertime where we play slo-pitch. I understand where they are coming from as people fill the street from 10am-9pm every sunday but as long as they realize their sign isn't legal thats fine.
My place back onto a church parking lot which is great as there is no one behind us 6 days a week, but on Sundays the limited spots we have are filled by church overflow and its a huge PITA. There are worse things in life to worry about.
