What about residents who are retired or have some of thier working days on a weekend? Or those that went shopping and came home at 1:00 with a load of groceries to take in? Clearly you haven't given any of those sinerios a thought.

Sometimes is alot different than the residents who had no choice but to apply to have thier area a permit zone.
