I wouldn't worry about how great or terrible potential-to-trade players are playing right now, since their value does not rise and fall with each passing game like commodities or stocks.
As for the game, it was okay. No surprises that there are big holes on this team, and that they struggles to score especially against a big, skilled, and disciplined team like LA. I thought Otrio earned a passing grade in his first NHL start, and was actually fairly impressive when one considers how young he is. He's not quite 23-years-old, and realistically will continue to develop for at least another two years. Kiprusoff was 24 when he made his NHL debut.
