Migeul Negron was waived from the 40 to make room for Ty Taubenhiem on the 40 man roster, that I know. Adams is definately still on the 40.

I wasn't sure if they outrighted Towers (I thought they put him on reversable waivers, but no one picked him up so he is clear), and since he cleared they can do whatever they want I guess.

Jays have messed around a lot w/ their 40 man this season, I've lost track.
