Doesn't matter. If you get the credits required for your Diploma, you get to walk the stage and receive it. Who cares if you fail one class, two classes, three classes... it doesn't matter.
If you get your credits, you get to graduate. What they're doing is ridiculous, and whatever idiotic intention they had with it failed. Good kids who have 110+ credits have been told they are not allowed to walk the stage. That's just plain wrong.
