That list shows nothing of the sort.
Most of those players were seniors when they put up those numbers and many of them spent a year or 2 (or 3) in the USHL before entering college. The majority of NHLers that went the NCAA route left college before they were seniors and usually join the college ranks at the age of 18, so they never had the opportunity to put up those kinds of numbers.
It's simply easier for a 24 year old senior to put up those kinds of numbers than a 20 or 21 year old Junior like Gaudreau.
