If you never speed, what are you complaining about? When would you utilize the left lane? It's unacceptable for you to enter the left lane if you do not ever cross the speed limit.
Last I checked, traffic going below the speed limit was to stay right. Just because you agree with a convention that is not universally accepted nor supported by actual law means nothing.
I'm not saying YOU are wrong. I'm just not saying you're right either. I can rock the left lane all I want if I'm going faster than most. I see what you're talking about, I get it, but really, it's irrelevant.
