Would it be sexy to get a 1st round pick in a trade? Yeah, I'd prefer it. But I'd sooner see Cammalleri re-signed than dealt for a less than ideal return.

Yeah Burke has been handling things pretty respectfully for players in that he's telling guys like Stajan and Cammalleri that the franchise values them and they would like to keep them at a price. Stajan accepted and if Cammalleri doesn't and gets moved at the deadline at least he leaves feeling like more than just a pawn to recoup draft picks.
Haven't heard anything on the Butler front and I assume if they aren't negotiating then Burke will possibly be actively shopping him in the next few weeks.
