IMO Cammy doesn't fit the Flames as long as they can't utilize the one dimension he provides properly. Cammy is supposed to be our PP specialist and sniper, but there is no one to feed him the puck. You can argue that Hudler is the man for the job, but when both men are on the ice during the PP they have a very difficult time both entering the offensive zone, and winning the puck along the boards. Cammy is a good player to have, but not with our current Centers. Right now when the team does well they do it because they play as a team, and not because they execute drawn out plays to activate one player or another(something that Cammy needs to be effective).
Verdict: please don't re-sign Cammy.
