some perspective from someone who buried people at a cemetery for 3 years.
it's basically a park. and as far as desecration, cleaning up dog doo after it dumps is not desecration. deer eat flowers, it's an asian custom to leave food on grave sites, what do we think happens to that? if you guessed "it gets eaten by an inanimate dead body 5 feet underground?" you're correct. bottom line is, it's a place for people to come to terms with loss. it should be treated with a reverence unbefitting of dog ####.
little perspective from someone who hates dogs. that lady is not an evil person, she's just a kind of a son of a bitch. just more dog owners behaving badly.
