When the media does a story about the smoking bylaw they go out and video people committing that offense. Sometimes the image is not so great, sometimes it is pretty clear. Those images are then broadcast and are also available on their website.
How come no-one raises a stink about that public humiliation?
On the flip side, if you know something like this could potentially ruin your life is it worth it? Is it worth it to take your dog into an area you know you're not supposed to and let them defecate on a grave with knowledge it could potentially ruin your life?
