Honestly, I don't even really like Pixel/Lido. They'll turn the street between them into a canyon IMO. I like podiums, plazas, setbacks, point towers, smallish floorplates, and variety within a block. Pixel would be prettty nice by itself, but next to a building that's exactly the same size it kinda sucks.
For example, Centre 10 sucks, but it would be okay if it were tipped onto its side. Oslo is terrible. Tall but well-spaced is the way to go.
