I don't like it for Kensington. It would be a pretty cool on a corner downtown with neighboring buildings (if it were taller, of course) though. As the tallest thing on the block, the viewer's attention is drawn to the SW and NE corners. Maybe if they were tapered a bit, it would look better. That way it would scale up from its neighbors, then down towards the intersection.
