A very cursory search of the internet has mixed reviews on this, but is it legal to post her picture on the internet for the purpose of ridicule?

Edit: it appears that it is not illegal. However, it's a question of morals. I'm not a fan of the public shaming for such a minor, albeit, offensive incident. I think a better course of action would have been to talk to her, or notify the cemetery. At least she cleaned it up.
