Canada had a great day yesterday, winning gold in Women's Bobsleigh, winning both Curling semi-finals, and moving on to the semi-finals in Hockey with a narrow victory over Latvia.

Rankings after Day 13: Rank / Medals / Rank Change
By Gold Medals: 7th / 5 / +1
By Total Medals: 5th / 8 / 0

Events of Note:

[12:45 AM] Freestyle Skiing - Men's Ski Cross Seeding Runs: The men will try to set down good runs to get in better races in the 1/8 finals. Canada has three Canadians with Brady Leman, Chris Delbosco, and David Duncan. Leman and Delbosco are both talented, but have major inconsistency issues.

[2:30 AM] Freestyle Skiing - Men's Ski Cross 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, Finals: After seeding, the craziness will begin.

[6:30 AM] Curling - Women's Gold Medal Game: Jennifer Jones, now 10-0 in the tournament, will face Sweden. Jennifer Jones has won basically everything else there is to win, and hopefully will come away with an Olympic gold to add to her resume.

[7:30 AM, 10:30 AM] Freestyle Skiing - Ladies' Ski Half-Pipe: Rosalind Groenewoud leads the Canadian contingent in this event. She has been on the podium the last four X-Games, and won the World Championships in 2011. Keltie Hansen will also compete.

[8 AM] Figure Skating - Ladies' Free Skate: Kaetlyn Osmond leads the Canadians sitting in 13th place after the short program.

[10 AM] Hockey - Women's Gold Medal Game: Canada will face off, as usual, versus a tough American squad in the gold medal match.
