No, you are wrong. I get to *ASK* them to do something and if they don't do it, they don't get as good of a tip or a tip at all, it's that simple. They are at MY MERCY IF THEY WANT MY MONEY. It's like dangling money in front of someone(like 3rd rock from the sun) that you want it, it's there, so do your job the way *I* want it and you will get it), understand?

You are able to make requests, which they carry out within the rules of their employer.
The employer wants to satisfy the customer in order to make money, so they will do what the customer wants.

You keep trying to make up these rules,
No I am not. I make the rules for my server, not anyone else since *I* am *PAYING FOR MY TIME THERE CALLED A TIP*. I RULE THE TIME, NOT ANYONE ELSE.

No, as I pointed out earlier JT said that if the customer doesn't want it, they don't "have" to take it.

I will quote it again to show you:

This is JT that worked or works at Chili's.

JT said: "Obviously if a customer says they don’t want one, I am not expected to bring one."

When I told him this: "It’s not required if they tell you no, is it? So why not ASK this question at ALL your tables when GREETED?"

That's when he gave up and said this: "I’m done, please never come into Chili’s if you’re from the New Orleans area. I’m absolutely not kidding."

That means he isn't "required" if the customer doesn't want it. That means JT can serve the way the *CUSTOMER* wants and that's OK with the manager. That's OK. The employer doesn't rule someone else's money.

You are wrong. No manager is forcing a paying tip customer to take something at their table they do not want. That's ludicrous for you to say such a thing.

No, because I do get things how I want it a lot of times. You live in a fantasy world to think that someone that isn't paying for the service gets to rule it.
