If you start doing your own pizzas and love it, then the next step is to get a Green Egg. Once you start mastering Pizza with fresh ingredients on the Green Egg, you will experience something you never will at any place in Calgary. Unfortunately, it will also ruin all resto pizza to just ok, so that is the con I guess.
