I do a lot of targeted Facebook Ads - I do like the product, however, their limiters are pretty archaic. You can't even advertise directly to half of the colleges or schools in Canada, even if those colleges have Facebook pages with extremely high numbers of likes.

I'd easily double my spend if I could get better targeting options.
