He's got 20 points in 137 AHL games. Brian McGrattan once put up 20 points in a season in the AHL - 66 games (with 327 PIMs). He's about a mile away from being even close to being a pretty good checking forward.

I wasn't really clear I meant an AHL checking forward (which is pro). He has zero business in the NHL unless he dramatically improves.
