Just curious what "competition" means in the teaching field. I'm assuming they would hire those with experience first (i.e. working in a different province, or else outside of Calgary/Edmonton). However, amongst new grads (or recent grads that haven't landed their first teaching job), how do they pick? Grades? Interviews? Academic experience?
Good looks?
