These people should be arrested because they broke the law. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure breaking treaties and reneging on contracts is perfectly legal. .

Give your head a shake. I said make a deal with the natives. Give them a lump sum and be done with it. Tell me where I said violate any treaty.

With the royalties I was making a point on how much we pay out. Did I say that only WHITE people desever oil and gas revenue????? No so screw off.
